This ensures customer satisfaction and provides the necessary tools for the managements to prolong the life cycle of the equipment's and facilities while controlling operational cost and manpower utilization. PRIMUZ is a product of BITFORTZ automated system, developed and launched during 2020 for the purpose of providing one of the many automated tools the BITFORTZ provide the market in this new age.

Work Order Management is the main activity of Primuz in which it is divided in to two parts client section and administrator section. Client section has his own management panel that allows him to book his tasks by himself/ herself and track his task from its creation to completion, Administrator section has the full access on the Work Order management system in which he can control the full task details and schedules.

Asset Management is a support feature that allows the project owner to fully control his assets and manage them freely in addition the owner can apply an inspection on his own assets and record it in the system.

Client Management is a management support feature that allows the owner to create client contract, assign units, start date and end date in addition the full client details (first name, last name, phone number, email address)
